I paid a $200.00 deposit to have my car picked up between 3/20/2008-3/21/2008. I had to take two days off of work. No one picked up my car. I called NAT 3/21/08 at approx 6:00 p.m. to check the status of the pick up and a customer service rep stated it would be picked up by 9:00 p.m. The car was not picked up. On 3/22/08, I called NAT several

times to cancel and eventually left a message with the customer service department. I also sent an email to cancel on 3/22/08. I sent the email to Alex May, who booked my pickup dates. I continued to call the company and finally got a hold of Lucas on 3/25/08. Lucas stated that this was my problem and not his. I said I wanted my deposit back and he said that I signed a contract stating I had to cancel within 7 days. I never signed a dated contract. I asked to speak to his manager and he said that I could leave a message. I asked when I would have my car picked up and he said within 48 hours. I said I cannot afford to *** anymore time at work and wait for an unreliable company to hopefully show up this time - I just want my deposit back. Lucas was so rude to me

and after about 3 minutes hung up the phone on me. Before he hung up he said that he was going to cancel my contract and I would never see the

$200 deposit. I called back to speak to someone else but noone will answer.

Monetary Loss: $200.
