Rip off. No customer service.
Don't return phone messages. After we setup pickup location they changed it. This was not possible, we called the Company and left first message. They didn't return our messages for 11 days.
Due to no response we left messages to cancel service. National Auto charged our credit card the deposit amount $175.00. When they finally called back we requested our money back, they said no.
We demanded a manager, days later they called back and told us that for such a small amount of money we were a waste of their time. Beware.
Monetary Loss: $175.
